The cheese has a distinctive aromatic flavor that intensifies when heated. It is produced for 125West.com in America's Dairyland, Green County, Wisconsin, by Roth Käse USA. We offer our raclette cheese in three convenient sizes, and each block, wedge, and half-moon is vacuum packed, which will keep the cheese fresh unopened under refrigeration for about 3 to 4 months. After opening, the raclette will last about 4 weeks. To ensure unspoiled arrival, we ship via UPS 2nd Day service on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. |
